McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV in Missouri. This role involves loading and securing products, using manual and powered equipment, and maintaining strict quality control as part of a safety‑driven, fast‑paced distribution team.

You will report issues to supervisors, coordinate with drivers, and uphold a clean, safe workspace while supporting company-wide logistics goals. The position offers a 4-day workweek starting at 6am, competitive hourly pay, and benefits

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Perform tasks by hand or with powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products before loading.
• Report any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep work area clean and debris-free.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to products/equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
