SanMar in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking a Production II-Overnight associate to support warehouse activities and order fulfillment on a Sunday–Wednesday 8:00pm–6:30am schedule. Base pay is $17.50 with a $2.00 shift differential, totaling up to $19.50 per hour.

You will pick items, restock locations, audit outbound orders, and operate a voice/RF unit. The role requires accuracy, teamwork and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to details.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and either place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart, or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
