Overnight Veterinary Technician - Critical Care

Position Details

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 / hour
Note: Pay depends on experience, licensure, and leveling system.

Qualifications and Characteristics

Responsibilities

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVCs and advanced catheters (Jugular, Central Lines, PICC)
• Monitor and care for ventilator cases
• Collaborate with skilled technicians and assistants
• Mentor and train colleagues
• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients, reuniting them with their owners
