Qualifications

• Education in Veterinary Technology at college/technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in patient care, surgery, anesthesia, and sterilization.
• Experience with spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Michigan Veterinary Technician license or obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for ill and injured animals in the Surgery unit.
