Thrive Pet Healthcare in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our Overnight Recovery team, focusing on overnight care for recovering orthopedic patients.

You will monitor post-operative comfort, administer medications, perform hourly assessments, and support daily care including feeding, walking, cleaning, and discharge readiness, with growth opportunities through ThriveU and workshops.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care).
• Has ability to work Overnight, Monday-Thursday.
• Possesses a positive work attitude.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for recovering orthopedic patients.
