Job summary

Towne in Orlando is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, provide directions, manage luggage, and ensure a safe, efficient experience.

The overnight shift requires punctuality, a courteous attitude, and the ability to follow Towne Park procedures. Towne offers competitive hourly pay and benefits eligibility for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with bell services and luggage storage.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Explain parking rates and collect payments when required.
• Complete ticket information, vehicle location, and revenue calculations accurately.
• Follow Towne Park procedures and safety guidelines.
