Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services for guests during overnight shifts from 7pm to 11am. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and information about local attractions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 month of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work (or within a commutable distance).
• One month related experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and use guest last names in interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and information about facility amenities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys, and revenue as needed.
• Perform all duties efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
