Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring Overnight Valet Attendants for hospitality properties in Glendale, CA. Base pay is $26.00 per hour, plus tips, with variability by property, experience, and schedule.

Positions include overnight shifts, with both full-time and part-time options, and status as non-exempt. Eligible employees may receive tips in addition to base wages; tips are not guaranteed and vary by guest traffic and services performed.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• A motor vehicle record that meets PMC’s job-related driving standards.
• Ability to safely operate automatic-transmission vehicles.
• Ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles when required by the assigned property.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Ability to remain alert and work with limited supervision during overnight hours.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work assigned overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and vehicle-related needs.
• Inspect vehicles and accurately document existing damage.
• Maintain secure control and organization of vehicle keys.
• Keep the valet entrance, parking area, and work station clean and orderly.
• Monitor the parking area and report safety, security, or maintenance concerns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to overnight guest questions and requests.
• Protect guest information, property, and privacy.
• Follow traffic, vehicle-handling, safety, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
• Complete required shift reports and incident documentation.
• Support team members and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
