Job summary

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Overnight Valet to join our team. You will greet guests, park and secure vehicles, assist with directions and hotel services, and provide a friendly welcome.

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is looking for an Overnight Valet person to join our team.

Basic Purpose:

Park and secure guest vehicles, locking doors, closing all hatches and windows and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner and extend the initial friendly welcome to the hotel guests.

Applicant must be 21 years of age AND have a valid drivers' license issued in the state of Florida. License holder must have a 3-year driving history.

Essential Functions:

• Greet customers, park and secure vehicles, including locking doors and closing all hatches and windows.
• Retrieve cars at the guest's request
• Respond to guest questions, issues and problems regarding parking and retrieving the cars, hotel services, local directions, events, points of interest and activities

Knowledge and Skills:

Education:

High school education or equivalent experience

Experience:

Customer contact experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to drive all speed shifts of vehicles, van, and automobiles. Excellent driving record as verified by Motor Vehicle Report

Ability to communicate with guests, respond to questions, knowledge of hotel services, local area events and activities

Hours Required:

This position is overnight
