Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services and 1 year in residential treatment (preferred) or an associate degree with 3 years’ experience.
• Supervisory experience is also preferred.
• At least 21 years of age; valid driver’s license; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee schedules to ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Develop systems to organize and monitor work activities.
• Structure and facilitate new employee orientation.
• Conduct supervision conferences and performance evaluations.
• Schedule training to meet mandatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing supervision and monitor case management activities.
• Guide and supervise youth and employees effectively.
• Observe client behavior and intervene as needed.
