Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a reset team member in McKinney, TX to reset and merchandise store shelves per Kroger planograms. You will work with a team to move, restock, and rearrange products while maintaining high merchandising standards.

The role requires night shifts (Mon-Thu 9 PM–8 AM), independent execution, safe operation of Kroger equipment, and occasional overnight travel up to 50%. A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking is required.
• Read, understand and implement planograms.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Must be able to access email and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Reset and merchandise shelves per Kroger planograms.
• Shift includes nights: Monday-Thursday, 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Direct temporary/part-time workers when needed.
• Work independently to execute category/aisle sets.
• Operate Kroger equipment safely and communicate opportunities to supervisor.
• Provide customer assistance and support store operations.
• Overnight travel up to 50% may be required.
