Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in human services/mental health/youth development.
• Ability to de-escalate verbally and manage safety in a treatment setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate direct care staff.
• Coordinate staffing coverage with Milieu/Program Director.
• Provide weekly supervision and address staff conflicts.
• Facilitate team meetings and staff training.
