We are currently hiring for an OVERNIGHT dispatcher (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM) for a shift schedule with 3 days on and 4 days off.
Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Overnights Followed by 4 days off
Please note: These are 12-hour overnight shifts, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule is important. Candidates who work additional jobs during daytime on their days off will find the transition between daytime and overnight challenging.
Parking & Towing Enforcement is a 24/7 towing and vehicle storage operation based in Austin, TX. We work with law enforcement, apartments, businesses, shopping centers and motorists, keeping properties clear and vehicles moving.

We're hiring detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatchers to join our overnight team. In this role, you'll answer phone calls, assist customers, coordinate with tow truck drivers, process vehicle releases, and input/report vehicle information into our database systems.
This position is a mix of office work and operations support. Some nights are slower and focused mainly on vehicle records, paperwork, and answering calls, while other nights move quickly with impound releases, roadside calls, dispatching drivers, and customer interaction. Responsibilities can change throughout the shift depending on call volume, city events, weather, and overall company activity.

Handle calls from:
Stranded motorists
Residents, property managers, and business owners requesting towing
Vehicle owners with impounded vehicles
Dispatch tow trucks based on urgency and availability
Use sales skills to convert roadside inquiries into confirmed tows
Process vehicle releases per Texas VSF regulations
Approve and manage resident parking permits
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, calls, and activity logs
Support general administrative and documentation tasks
Bilingual - English / Spanish REQUIRED.
Must be able to pass Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation required background check, pre-employment and random drug testing.
Active VSF Employee License preferred (but not required to apply)
Experience in dispatching, customer service, or phone-based sales preferred
Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation to and from work.
