Andrews Construction is seeking an Overnight Tile Installer / Skilled Handyman for commercial projects. This hands-on role requires independence, reliability, and high standards on every shift.

You will primarily install tiling, grout, and floor work, with opportunities to assist in drywall, painting, and small carpentry tasks. Ideal candidates bring commercial tile experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a strong work ethic.

The Role

We are looking for a Overnight Tile Installer / Skilled Handyman for commercial work. This is a hands-on field role for someone who works well independently, holds themselves to a high standard, and shows up ready to produce every shift.

What You Will Do

Tile installation is the core of this role. Additional skills in any of the following are a plus:

• Tile installation, grout repair, and floor replacement
• Drywall repair, painting, and FRP installation
• Trim carpentry
• Commercial door, jamb, and hardware installation and repair
• Commercial building maintenance
• Roof repairs
• Blueprint reading
• Estimating (not required but valued)

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced tile installer with commercial work background
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and saws
• Strong communicator who works well with a team
• Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and timekeeping
• Professional, reliable, and punctual – every shift
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must provide own hand tools – larger specialty equipment provided
