Maryland Addiction Recovery Center in Towson, MD seeks an Overnight Therapist Assistant to support patients during their treatment and help with daily living skills. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and ensure safety and care throughout night shifts.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay of $16.50 to $21.00, and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance and 401(k). Must be at least 21 with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive MARC vehicles.
• Clean driving record per company insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to patients during treatment and assist families.
• Teach life skills, personal development, and good hygiene habits.
• Engage with a collaborative team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Identify immediate needs of each patient at an individualized level of care.
• Transport patients on company vehicles for activities and transport to MARC offices during daytime hours.
• Implement directives from the clinical team and coordinate care accordingly.
• Document patient progress (progress/activity notes, email, verbal updates) and communicate with internal staff.
• Perform cleaning inspections.
