Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in residence state and pass motor vehicle record checks.
• Comfortable with long hours of driving and working in close quarters with others.

Responsibilities

• Drive test vehicles for long-distance missions (up to 300-400 miles) and extensive travel up to 50% of time.
• Operate on a variety of schedules.
• Perform daily start-up, engagement/disengagement, and shutdown procedures for development vehicles.
• Actively monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware while on the road.
• Execute testing following strict safety and compliance protocols.
• Maintain detailed reports on vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide feedback on system performance.
• Represent the organization professionally while prioritizing road user safety.
