Frontier Radiology is a physician-led, fully remote teleradiology practice. The overnight shift pays our highest rate and allows long stretches off, with AI tools to reduce friction while preserving clinical judgment and patient care.

The team offers overnight final reads from 12am to 8am, transparent per-shift wRVU compensation, and flexible scheduling options including 7 on/7 off. Candidates should have ABR certification/eligibility and active licensure.

• Active state license(s) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Fellowship in Emergency Radiology or Neuroradiology preferred but not required.

Frontier Radiology is a physician-led, fully remote teleradiology practice built for the next generation of Radiologists. Our overnight shift pays our highest rate. It's built for Radiologists who prefer focused, independent reading and long stretches of time off. We work alongside a radiology AI technology company to reduce administrative friction, so you can focus on high-quality clinical interpretation and patient care.

• Overnight shifts: 12a-8a
• $58/wRVU, our highest rate
• Rotation options: 7 on/7 off, 7 on/14 off, or 7 on/21 off

What You'll Do

• Provide overnight final reads for emergency and inpatient imaging, supported by AI-assisted workflow tools, with clinical judgment firmly in your hands.
• Work from streamlined worklists designed to reduce reporting friction and cognitive load.
• Communicate critical findings with our Radiology Operations Center
• Maintain credentialing and QA requirements, with full administrative support.

What You'll Bring

• MD/DO with ABR certification or eligibility
