Chick-fil-A Mobile Hwy. in Pensacola, FL is hiring team members to join our fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. Previous fast food experience is not required; we train and promote from within.

As a Team Member you’ll build a supportive team environment, deliver exceptional service, and help us live our Lighthouse vision in the community.

This role offers flexible schedules, Sundays off, meal benefits, and opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Monday-Saturday, 5:00pm-2:00am availability.
• Consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
