Project HOME in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated Support Staff member to assist residents in recovery and wellness goals, maintaining a safe and respectful living environment. The role emphasizes peer support, connecting with community resources, and modeling positive behaviors.
You will perform site health and safety tasks, manage visitor access, document rounds, and respond to emergencies, while engaging residents and coordinating with staff.

They play a crucial role in maintaining community peace and security, orienting new residents to program protocols, and promoting a supportive living environment.
Maintain Site Health & Safety
Prepare and serve meals/snacks as designated times as required. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and oversee kitchen clean up (wash dishes, empty trash, etc).
Assist residents to comply with taking their prescribed medications per medication monitoring policy and site protocols.
