Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours and assist individuals with morning routines and daily living activities. You will implement health and medication protocols, help coordinate transportation, and maintain accurate documentation while promoting health, safety, and independence in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established procedures to respond effectively during emergencies or crisis situations.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies and regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
