Job summary

Wegmans is seeking an Overnight Grocery Team Leader in McLean, VA to guide the overnight team and ensure replenishment for daytime needs. This full-time role offers leadership growth, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to impact store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, delivering excellent service during overnight hours, solving problems with managers, and coordinating tasks for efficient operations. Bonus eligibility is emphasized.
