Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring an Overnight Street Sweeper (Non-CDL) for a full-time 3rd shift in Donna, TX. The role involves operating a street sweeper, following safety protocols, and delivering reliable route execution while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years old, and a driver’s license with a preferred 1 year of DOT driving experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 21.
• Compliance: Must pass MVR/background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure safety features are operational.
• Execution: Review routes and complete jobs within timeframes with quality.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate street sweeper and equipment.
• Material Handling: Safely handle materials and dispose per procedures.
• Reporting: Report issues within 30 minutes and elevate concerns to management.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional conduct with team, clients, and on sites.
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete logs, manifests, and forms.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Respond to changes and solve issues promptly.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Consistently report to work on time and as scheduled.
