Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
