Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Morgantown, WV is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead Outfitters on the overnight shift, directing replenishment, merchandising and price changes to ensure a vibrant, accurate sales floor.

You will ensure adherence to SOPs, train staff, manage inventory with backstock and DC replenishment, and coordinate special events while maintaining exceptional customer service and visual standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 retail years of experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and ensure proper execution.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and provide training as needed.
• Maintain visual presentation and planograms, signage and pricing.
• Overnight replenishment from backstock, DCs and vendors.
• Assist inventory with counts, UPC integrity and shelves.
• Coordinate events and pricing with management and staff.
• Staff department with service-oriented associates; scheduling and coaching.
