Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses, and ensure merchandising, inventory flow and customer service excellence.
