Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure customer service excellence using Walmart's OBW service model.
• Coordinate actions with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
