Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; teach training and provide feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards using the OBW service model and support community outreach.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate associates; promote belonging and staff development.
