Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs and feedback are resolved following Walmart service standards.
• Develops action plans to mitigate shrink and improve inventory flow and merchandising.
• Promotes belonging, recruits and develops associates to meet staffing needs and growth.
