Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, preferred leadership experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and giving feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues, implementing process improvements.
