Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include a BS in Business Management and Leadership with Live Better U program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and managing expenses.
• Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling of hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
