• Manages store operations, budgeting, forecasting and expense control for the designated area.
• Oversees customer service initiatives and ensures a high quality customer experience.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes belonging.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and ethics, Open Door guidance, and training.
