Job summary

Walmart Roxboro, NC is seeking an experienced Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex to lead store operations, coach associates, and drive customer service excellence. You will supervise hourly staff, manage daily priorities, and partner with leadership to implement merchandising and process improvements across the overnight shift.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and accountability, with a focus on achieving sales and shrink targets while ensuring a welcoming shopping

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Minimum qualifications apply to all candidates.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and providing feedback during store tours.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity.
