Town Pump is looking for a motivated Store Clerk to join our Lewistown team. You will handle customer service, cash transactions, and help stock and display merchandise while ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills required.
• Stock shelves, price items, rotate stock, and display merchandise.
• Deli duties and food handling experience preferred.
• Commitment to store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized cash register and process payments.
• Remember regular customers’ names and faces, answer and screen phone calls, police the store, detect shoplifters, and listen to and handle customer complaints.
• Stock shelves and coolers, complete accurate and effective completion of shift work, clean and maintain all areas of the store, complete vendor check-in procedures, complete the protocol system and “drive off” controls.
• Perform deli duties in smaller locations as described in the deli job description.
• Sweep the lot, shovel snow, clean gas pumps, fill water/cleaning solution buckets on islands, and complete any other duties assigned by management.
