Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are fully stocked and ready for customers. You will move products from pallets to shelves, pull backstock, and dispose of packaging in designated back rooms.

You will work with leadership to finish assigned areas on time and maintain a clean, safe store environment. The role involves stocking a variety of grocery items, collaborating with teammates, and interacting with customers when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking grocery shelves.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back rooms.
• Work with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers when needed.
