Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Must lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate tasks based on department needs.
• Work with leadership to resolve team issues.
• Assist in sorting and stocking processes for at least 75% of shift.
• Assist in training using checklists and materials.
• Maintain a positive work environment with high morale.
• Complete inventory, spoilage, and temperature worksheets as required.
• Track stocking productivity using the case count tracker.
• Open and close department per procedures.
• Uphold high standards of retail execution.
• Foster teamwork and respect among staff.
• Respond to customer needs and questions promptly.
• Coach and develop Team Members and provide performance feedback.
