Walmart Oakland, TN is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex, Management. This role leads and develops teams, coaches associates, and drives store operations in alignment with company direction and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, supervising hourly associates, staffing and training, and using data to improve sales and shrink control. The position offers competitive pay and benefits at Walmart.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring training and mentoring.
