Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC may be required; For facilities that sell only ammunition, Certificates of Eligibility may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance by reviewing PL statements budgeting forecasting and controlling expenses within the store area.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring training and mentoring.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity through Open Door guidance.
• Maintains customer service standards and supports community outreach programs.
