Job summary

Walmart Lincoln, NE is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-complex to lead and develop store teams in overnight operations. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and achieving sales goals while maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Regular/permanent position with a salary of $65,000 to $100,000 per year. Primary location at 4700 N 27th St, Lincoln, NE 68521. Benefits include health, 401(k), and Walmart Academy opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, a firearms background check and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of staff.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing profit and loss, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses and ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting expectations and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
