Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgment of background checks.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings.

Aufgaben

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring plans are met.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity by applying Open Door Policy.
