Walmart Inc. is seeking an Overnight Stocking Coach, Non-Complex in Chippewa Falls, WI. This role focuses on leading and developing teams, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service during overnight shifts.

The position emphasizes financial stewardship, merchandising leadership, and open communication with all store levels. Benefit-heavy, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive employee programs.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC background check and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Mansioni

• Lead and develop teams through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards and Open Door Policy are followed.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting and expense control.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations.
