Meijer is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and keep product shelves well stocked. You will learn and perform a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and opportunities for growth within the Meijer family.

Qualifications

• Entry level role focused on customer service and merchandising.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Overnight shifts available.
• Willingness to learn basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelves efficiently.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back‑room areas.
• Work with leadership to finish areas on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
