Job summary

Meijer in Howell, MI is seeking a Food Clerk to help create a fresh, welcoming store experience in Fresh departments. You’ll stock, rotate, and merchandise products, assist customers, and work across departments to keep shelves organized and appealing.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and using technology to complete tasks accurately while following safety standards. Physical tasks such as lifting and standing are required.

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments.
