Responsibilities

Overnight Stockers at Sprouts work across various departments including Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen foods. Your tasks will include stocking shelves, filling frozen bins, maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, receiving product deliveries, ensuring accuracy, and moving products to the sales floor with different equipment. You will also rotate merchandise to ensure freshness. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old, dependable, and reliable
• Display outgoing and friendly behavior
• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers
• Can lift and transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs., from 5” to 34”, over a distance of up to 5 feet, without mechanical help
• Have a flexible schedule that adapts to business needs
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Can perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 1-3 months of related experience/training, or a suitable combination of education and experience

Pay Range

The hourly pay ranges from $17.30 to $21.75, based on experience and qualifications.
