Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• 3+ months in stocking or customer service
• Experience leading overnight teams preferred
• Must be able to operate pallet jack / baler
• Able to work overnight shifts and adapt to schedule changes

Responsabilités

• Lead overnight stocking team and manage workflow
• Train and develop Partners; assist with onboarding
• Maintain inventory and ensure 100% in-stocks
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
