You will supervise overnight teams, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with store procedures. Night Stocker duties and heavy product handling are part of the role.

Formación

• 3+ months of experience in stocking or customer service.
• Experience leading an overnight team or large teams is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overnight stocking team, delegate work, and maintain schedule adherence.
• Coach and develop Partners; assist with onboarding and training.
• Use inventory data to manage in-stocks and ensure displays are fully stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with selections and questions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures; communicate team performance to leadership.
• Perform Night Stocker duties and handle heavy, bulky products as needed.
