Qualifications

• Experience with inventory systems and technology used in retail environments.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage overnight schedules and leadership duties.
• Experience leading overnight stocking teams or large teams preferred.
• Comfort operating pallet jacks and similar equipment.
• Demonstrated customer service and merchandising skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to grow and learn with the company.
• Energetic, high stamina, and able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight stocking team; delegate and direct work and monitor performance.
• Coach and develop Partners; assist with onboarding and training.
• Communicate team state (performance, operations, inventory) to leadership.
• Ensure 100% in-stocks, rotation and fully-filled displays.
• Use inventory data to manage stock and prepare displays.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and store procedures.
• Load/unload and move heavy products; support night stock duties.
• Provide superior customer service and product guidance.
