Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overnight stock crew, assigning duties and conducting check-ins.
• Oversee ordering from the warehouse and coordinate with assistants for stock needs.
• Manage the C.A.R.S. inventory system setup and backstock processes.
• Unload trucks, break down pallets, and organize items by aisle for efficient stocking.
• Write the overnight schedule and monitor time-off, overtime, and attendance.
• Train new staff on stocking, tagging, UPCs, and customer service.
• Monitor productivity and perform individual reviews with team members.
