Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stock Manager to lead the overnight crew in the Grocery department, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and ready for the morning rush. You will manage orders, supervise truck unloads, and train team members to uphold Hy-Vee standards.

The role requires strong leadership, calmness under pressure, and the ability to run a tight operation overnight. A high school diploma is required, with 3–5 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold department standards for customer service, cleanliness, sanitation, and overall profitability.
• Supervise overnight stock crew and department staff, assign duties, and conduct check-ins.
• Oversee ordering from the warehouse, coordinate with assistant managers, and manage stock flow.
• Coordinate inventory systems, understock and backstock management, and damage removal.
