Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care is seeking a Part-Time Polysomnographic Technologist (Sleep Tech) for overnight shifts in Lombard, IL. The role involves comprehensive sleep study performance, patient care, and coordination with sleep center physicians.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree in polysomnography, RPSGT or CPSGT with RPSGT planned within 6 months, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited polysomnographic program leading to an associate’s degree with emphasis on polysomnography.
• Successful completion of an accredited polysomnographic program or completion of ASTEP Program.
• RPSGT by the Board of BR polysomnographic technologists or CPSGT with RPSGT obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision and clinical direction, perform polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic sleep services and education.
• Coordinate and deliver professional, courteous patient care and assist in administrative tasks as needed.
• Follow established policies; participate in development or modification of procedures.
• Gather and review patient histories, medications, and study protocols; explain procedures.
• Prepare, calibrate and maintain testing equipment; perform PAP mask fittings.
• Follow protocol for MSLT, MWT, parasomnia studies and PAP/oxygen titration.
• Document observations and verify data integrity; generate accurate reports.
• Comply with laws, regulations and guidelines; perform routine equipment care and inventory.
• All other duties as assigned.

Associate degree in polysomnography

ASTEP Program

RPSGT or CPSGT certification (RPSGT within 6 months)

BLS certification
