The Parking Spot is the nation’s largest near-airport parking provider with 25+ years in business, offering an Employee Ownership Program and strong benefits for eligible employees. Shuttle Drivers transport customers safely between parking locations and the airport, delivering courteous service and reliable schedules.

We offer a $15 per hour base pay (plus tips) with bonus opportunities, cross-training, and401(k), medical, vision, dental, and paid time off for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Satisfactory driving record per handbook.
• Must hold licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willing to pass a physical per airport/DOT/state regulations.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate and report as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between the parking facility and airport terminal.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions; comply with regulations.
